1. Acceptance of Terms

1. Access to and use of lv88b constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. These Terms apply to all users of lv88b, whether registered account holders or unregistered visitors browsing the platform.

2. Eligibility

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any paid services on lv88b. This minimum age applies regardless of your jurisdiction. 21+
2. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have provided truthful date-of-birth information.
3. lv88b reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age. Where a Member cannot provide satisfactory age verification, lv88b will suspend the account pending resolution and may, if underage play is confirmed, close the account and void all associated balances.
4. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager on lv88b.
5. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of lv88b and its licensed game providers are not eligible to hold a Member account.

3. Account Registration

1. Each individual person may hold a maximum of one (1) lv88b account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. lv88b will rely on the information provided. Any false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. lv88b will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. You must notify lv88b immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
5. lv88b reserves the right to refuse registration or close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the Platform or other Members.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All financial transactions on lv88b are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits may be made via approved payment methods, which include but are not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX-enabled Malaysian bank accounts (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank).
2. lv88b does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment method used to deposit must match the name on the lv88b account.
3. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum and maximum limits are published on the Cashier page within your lv88b account.
4. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. lv88b may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal, including KYC identity documents.
5. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after verification. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional compliance checks are required.
6. lv88b does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Check with your bank or eWallet provider for their applicable fees.
7. lv88b reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. lv88b offers promotional bonuses from time to time at its sole discretion. The availability, value, and terms of any bonus may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
2. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These individual terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over any general statements about bonuses.
3. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
4. lv88b prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements ("bonus scalping"), using third-party software to identify low-risk wagering patterns, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers.
5. Where lv88b reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.
6. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6. Betting Rules

1. All bets placed on lv88b are final once confirmed. Members should verify all bet details — stake, selection, odds — before confirming a wager.
2. lv88b reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on an outcome that was clearly erroneous due to a system error, data feed error, or operator mistake. Members will be notified and stakes refunded where a void is applied.
3. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the lv88b Sportsbook terms.
4. Casino game results are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome will be determined by the game's recorded server state at the time of disconnection.
5. Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or bet types. These limits are displayed within each game or in the game-specific rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lv88b. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit games, or gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using lv88b for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the lv88b platform
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward lv88b staff or other Members
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your lv88b account

8. Responsible Gaming

1. lv88b is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an entertainment activity conducted within personal financial limits.
2. lv88b provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits and reality check reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent).
3. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to log in to your lv88b account, and lv88b will take reasonable steps to prevent you from creating a new account.

2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use lv88b for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from lv88b.
3. The lv88b name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of lv88b. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. lv88b's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.
2. lv88b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
3. lv88b does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not liable for any losses arising from technical downtime, maintenance, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
4. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. lv88b is not responsible for any gambling-related financial losses incurred by Members.

11. Privacy

1. lv88b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
2. By registering an account, you consent to lv88b processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
3. lv88b will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to service providers, regulatory authorities, and payment processors as required by law or to deliver lv88b services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which lv88b holds its gaming licence.

4. You and lv88b agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through ADR.

13. Amendments

1. lv88b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms, including the "Last updated" date shown on this page, is the version that governs your use of lv88b.
2. Where amendments are material, lv88b will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via in-platform notification. Continued use of lv88b after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
